NOTE: Exceptions to set-up times must be approved; otherwise there will be no early set-up. Vehicles must be removed from the craft area 30 minutes prior to show start. During show times no vehicles will be permitted in the craft area.

Craft/Vendors:

$50 for one 10'x10' space

$100 for 20'x10' or Food Truck designated space

Restrictions:
-
All items sold at the festival must be pre-approved. Sales of pyrotechnics of any kind, alcohol, tobacco, cannabis products and weapons, are strictly prohibited. No political parties, causes, or campaigns. Food sales are limited to pre-packaged, sealed items such as jam, syrup, or baked goods. Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, and awnings. Security and electrical power is not provided by the Lions Club.

RV Parking:

Limited space is available for RVs at the boat ramp parking area on Thursday and Friday night only. Please indicate on your registration if you wish to reserve a space. A $10.00 fee will be assessed for this service. Water and electricity is not available. Toilet facilities are available however.

Refunds:
-
Requests to cancel a reservation prior to June 27th will be honored with 100% of the fee refunded. Exhibitors requesting cancellation after June 28th will receive a $20.00 refund. There will be no refunds after show start.

Registration:​

​​​All vendors seeking to participate in the 2025 Strawberry Festival are required to submit an online registration form and online payment for their requested days and space by Friday June 27, 2025. Spaces shall only be reserved upon receiving the completed registration AND PAYMENT, with no exceptions.​

Pre-registration and payment using the online form is required. Early registration is encouraged. Returning vendors will be given priority for their previous year’s space provided the space is still available. You will be notified if your space is no longer available along with a list of similar options.​
